It's not a black swan (per Taleb at least) for a bank to fail. This happens all the time. Black swans are extreme left tail, usually unforseen and typically unique, events. This term (Black Swan) is bastardized by the financial industry to a degree that's hard to fathom since '08.

Thank you. fin-market education is what the world needs the most right now. I don’t think that buy and hold is a valid investment strategy anymore.
