After watching his lecture, I got very angry. I worked in an electronics giant, Panasonic which makes electronic components and transistors. I am now retired. I am familiar with the terminology that Prof Mead used but nobody explain to me how these components work so simply. Not my lecturers in the university. They just go straight into mathematics. I did not know that transistors can be switches until much later. I knew them as amplifiers. Of course, with the switches, we can have integrated circuits. There is something severely wrong with the teaching curriculum!
