Curved surfaces man... It is somewhat freestyle. It is 'not fully defined', i.e. measurements are not fully known. I for example, drew propeller using "helix" feature (simpler than in this video, nowhere that neat). So I also get nicely curved surfaces, but no way I could easily break it down to simple, readable and repeatable measurements. If you have file you can mill it, print it, but if you only have blueprints, you could not repeat it exactly, only approximate. Your produced version would differ. Many curved, fancy & pretty designed stuff nowadays are only defined in the file, that manufacturer holds.
