Husband and wife are naturally dependent of each other even if they both do jobs..so yes even husband can go abroad with wife for full tenure during there

You calculate by yourself... Per month you are getting 3000$ .. so per annum it will be 36000$..so this is your salary... And your savings depends on your expenditure... if you are able to save more.. then you will have more money in your account 😄

You can go to another country after completing 1st, but it depends on ministry ki wo aapko India bulate hain yaa dusri jagah bhejte hain

yes you can , foreign posting depends upon your will if you want to go then you can go but if you dont want then u can live ur whole life in delhi ! but to be honest if you dont want to go to foreign then choosing MEA is of no use rather you can choose ASO in CSS

Posting are for 3 years on an avg but there are sometimes temporary duties which are for 1 or 2 months depending on some situations

Use common sense for God sake. No government servant even in the home posting not allowed to have other streams of income. Then how come foreign employment will be allowed that too at diplomacy level ??
