I m really disappointed with the service of boat.Even if the ping is broken the functionality of right side is completely.FAKE VIEWS disturbed even the case is not charging.Boat can't refuse to work upon the products by pointing out unnecessary flaws within the product.If a customer is sending the product you should provide a solution rather than returning it in the non working condition.Its my humble request to boat either repair my airdopes or just replace it.If this is the sort of service boat is providing then am very upset.1000 bucks matters alot,boat shld be concernful towards its customers. Very poor customer service and not happy.Never ever gonna buy products from boat.
