I think it would have been a much better game if they had made it much more X-Files-y by adding some investigation and had you fighting maybe some sort of alien terrorist group who were attacking significant targets in preparation for the later invasion. This would have made the whole 'keep it from the public' thing make much more sense. I mean in the game the aliens have already launched a full scale invasion, there's no way that people haven't noticed.

I was wondering what happened to Dan Maher, this show is good and all but the sentuamessage series on inside xbox was very good and i was just wondering what happened to him when you guys made the switch.
I pre ordered this game as well as a lot of others a couple days ago but instead of paying it off like I do with a lot of my games I only put down 5 bucks because I am still skeptical but from what I've been reading tells me I should have laid it off but idk get I guess I will just wait and see.
i might have got the bureau in 2011 because it looks cool but not on par with games coming out this year, like GTA 5 and watchdogs. plus i think it would have been more fun as a 1st person horror type game. it looked cool and i bet i would spend too much time making my team do all the work
If you play the seconds 10:26 to 10:30 backwards, Mike's eyes glow red and he tells you to respect our Martian overlords, and at 300% speed backwards Jane tells you how the Martians plan to take over the Earth. Aside from the Martian domination of Earth, good episode.
I have to say I would have much rather played one of the first two versions of xcom, I was really excited when they came out with that first footage but sort of disapointed with the actual release version.
Still curious if the old-school X-Com fanbase proving itself to be the most earth-shakingly whiny in all gaming (sorry old-school Fallout fans) had any impact on changing the rather cool looking 'Swat 4 with aliens' game XCOM into the rather dull looking 'X-Com from a slightly different angle by way of Mass Effect' game The Bureau.
Maybe the other versions of the game were actually made but just kept for the developers only. Those crafty dogs! But I know the truth man because the government are stealing our brains! BLAGELAGELAAAAAAAA!

I am really excited for this Brothers in Arms style 3rd person game but I hope they go back one day and make the FPS.
