I have been bookkeeping for 3 years on a part-time basis and just this year it's starting to grow to the point that i need to quit my job and work on my business full-time. I have 12 clients. Just in the past month I onboarded 3 new clients and possibly another with 3 businesses. I have a question about on boarding the client with 3 companies. He needs bookkeeping services for each. How would you price this? Individually for each business or a package deal? Thank you!
I am new at this … question- the Quick Books live - each client will need to have one acct ? And I log into their acct ? Or the client don’t need to have acct at QB , I will be just be providing then the reports????
Regarding the one who needed QuickBooks set up: I actually hope I get one of those. I'd charge her $500 set up and likely since she doesn't know how to set it up, she probably won't be able to or want to figure it out going forward. She could end up coming right back for monthly service. 🤷🏼♀️

Hi Zach, What do you use to set up recurring monthly reminders of when your client bills are due each month?
I add the bills to QBO, and then I run an A/P aging report every Wednesday. then I pay any bills that might be due in the next 6 days

$200 minimum per month per business! Count the transactions, average $3 per transaction per month
