I saw you also asked about the sheet music of the other Inuyasha OST. For both of them, and most of the soundtracks I covered, I used piano sheets found on MuseScore (I think you can download for free) and adapted for the lever harp.

@@vehrkalia I didn't make any change to this tune so you can just use the piano sheet. And all I did to the To Love's End is maybe bringing some parts up or down an octave when I feel the left and right hands overlap. Sorry I didn't write the adjustment down so I can't sell it , but I'm a beginner also and I didn't really do much.
