    Very helpful. In my case it turned out that for with numbered headings, this was the problem (all other headers turned out correctly). Annoying this doesn't just work when saving from word.

    Aren't those numbers the Label? There were no labels defined under the List items.

    Hi - what do you do if it doesn't show it to you in the tags panel? i have several placed images, that are brining this error and not showing up in the tags panel like you show here. ? help?

    Hello! I love your tutorials. Thank you for your help. But with the document I have, the other elements alternate text - failed is showing images and not text. I've tried adding alternate text to the images, using Reading Order to set them as images, but I still get the error. How do I fix this? Thanks!
