I don't think it is the actual video it looks suspiciously like the CRS-16 video just rotated and the flame thingy burp that happened on CRS-16 was cut

Apologies for the late reply, yes it is the CRS-16 but edited. It's the closest I could get to what it looked like. The reason being is despite begging harder than I did for BulgariaSat footage, Elon wouldn't give in. It's weird, SpaceX pretended that failure never happened for a month and Elon and SpaceX still haven't properly acknowledged the March landing failure even happened
