Yes, I mentioned in the video that to make sure the design lasts, you need to hand sew them after glueing

And how did u make ur burst shaper pls?
I made it while in fashion school 3 years ago. I stuffed scrap fabrics together and formed it into a ball. It's a whole process but i believe they sell ready made type in sewing accessories shop
