Very good in-depth guide for 4.2. I would love to see a video for strategies against other classes (mainly DK, Hunters, and Mages). Great video man keep them coming! :D

@aeminence Its used for a cap interrupt. its a good support for keeping people from getting flags.Say u have multiple people trying to get a node in a bg and u jump in and divine storm and stop them all and buy time. Its not meant for crazy dmg or crazy healing. used more to hit multiple targets that are trying to get nodes.
Good job on this video. I like vids where you learn something no just a bunch of heavy metal music with short clips of some dude doing a crit then cut the scene before he dies...and then goes to the next clip of his crit.

With the "Sanctity of Battle" talent you would prioritize haste over crit. Mastery is a great talent since it increases the damage of CS but you need the haste to use it more.
AWESOME VID MAN ! what i would like in the future more arenas commentaries im a good ret but i feel like there are far better than i please guide me lol i need 2200. and a question. Do i pop zealotry and inq or just skip inq entirely?
a tip for people who use cleanse to get out of cc's :
make this macro :
/target 'character name'
/cast cleanse
/targetlasttarget
i know most people use this ,but a lot of my friends didnt even think about it yet , hope it helped some people

Whats the use of Divine storm in RBG's? I dont spec into it either, but I dont see its use in PVP at all besides if the enemy is in a big group 4+ targets, and you can get alot of dmg back from DS and also heal whoever is around you and still gain Holy power..
Against like a Druid warrior pally or rogue I understand using devotion aura but wen ur up against a caster do u put resistance aura on?
@nelsonjt81 Negative, Haste is a ret pallies worst stat. On a point scale, think STR as 2 points, mastery at 1.5 points, crit at 1.40 points, and haste at around .80 points. Point scale is just to show some relativity. Thats what I do and what this dude does, and trust me. It works.
Yes you can do that but that way you will activite the cooldown of Crusader Strike and you will not be able to generate holy power for some time... i prefer Holy Wrath for that (better range).

Yeah, frost mage "How to" vid would be very nice... Most annoying class to face, and it would be nice to know some of your strats. ;)
You should get a str+mastery gem for your yellow slot on chest and take the red JC gem on head or xtra slot on belt like 30+resi gain

u dont have eternal glory because ur partner is a healer right?

Would really appriciate any help u could give, I'm ret atm but I'm having no luck in pvp I get taken down so easily and do little dmg, for arenas I've gone prot pvp which is not to bad but the dmg is just not there
With crusader strike being so valuable you want some haste to lower that cooldown time.

Badass. Hey, I'm an 85 prot paladin. I pvp as holy and I spent all my points on ret gear. I have a full ret set, but the problem is... I don't know the rotation or how to play a ret paladin really.. Can you make a video showing the rotation/skills to use (Pvp) for 4.2?? Thanks!

do you never use inquisition in pvp?
I find that going haste is good cuz you alwayys have an attack up plus it only takes like 12 seconds to get 3 holy power instead of 18

WTB inquisition before Wings proc :( - it really does push you through with damage, i aint played the new patch so sorry if i'm but before i took a break i had it drilled in to my paladin inquisition before wings, and don't say you don't have make it ! Anyways - try and pop it more the holy damage boost works in conjuction with mastery if i remember from my arena days - hit 2.6k as a ret / mage was funny.

if you`re having mana problems off from clease,glyph cleasnse instead of hammer of wrath,as you might lose a gcd for cs due to lack of mana ;)

Ik this is a month late and idk if any responed...but ret palas are unslowable...just use hand of freedom and cleanse to remove all slows on u

@Jaykhan20003 at higher levels of arena its pretty much useless just because most of the players will be spell pen capped
