I am in North Campus since 2013 as student and teacher. This is the worst election I've witnessed. There is no regulation, no rules being implemented. Whole campus gets choked due to Thar, Fortuner, Audis and Mercs of ABVP and NSUI (read goons or rental labours). Whole campus has been covered with printed flex, banners and posters. University admission and police, both are absent. No provision of Lyngdoh Committee is being followed.
