What kind of excursions did they have and how did you book them? How quick was room service?
All resorts have an excursion desks. Popular excursions in the area are swim with dolphins, snorkeling, and visiting cenotes. I'll need to check my notes. I don't think this resort has room service.

I'm confused why is there a kiddie pool and play ground on the adults side? Am I hearing this wrong.
There's no such thing as an adults only side.
@TripswithAngie so it feels like there is no real difference. We were looking at booking and the site is advertising it as adults only. At least I know not to book it.
