Mr Ancelotti always tries to win every match. This is acceptable and good for every shareholder of the Real Madrid Club. However, the tools he uses to achieve this goal are not correct. This is not possible, especially without combining good young players and experienced players in a squad. In this respect, Barcelona Club is a good example. Mr. Ancelotti should have used a squad like the one I mentioned above. It's too late now. The solution is a new trainer with new ideas.
Man united need to rebuild the whole squad by bringing in new promising talent/established house hold players . .youth players in the prime . .25 years old and slightly younger (e.g Victor Oshimen and Khvicha Kvaratskhelia . .they made an excellent duo at napoli together and terrorized the UFEA championship along the past recent years ). . . Rebuild thier midfield with multi talented CM that can play as DMF and AMF simultaneously during squad rotation moments . . .players like Sabitzer . .and Omo, De Jong, Valverde . . get rid off ericson and casemoro . They are way too old . rectify mistakes made by ten hag by resigning Mason Greenwood, Somehow getting back Jaden Sancho from Chelsea and get a really world class creative playmaker like Joal Felix who's not getting enough playing time . . .he would be great as AMF or a SS . .alongside his international team mate Bruno Fernandez Rashford on loan will be good for the team rebuilding and make rashford find his highest potential elsewhere . .so reality can hit him that his replaceable. .and I guarantee you.he will come back from his loan season back to United and be on a prime his never reached before . . Letting him go would be a mistake . .but a wake up call would do him justice and not take being the highest paid in the team for granted . .the money went to his head and made him feel untouchable . .but he is one the best LWF in the world . .he jusy needs an attitude change
