there is the option of auto reconcile. however it is not enabled, and it does not let me to enable either. The cursor jumps ahead without highlighting the option. Kindly help
Hi! Kindly select the bank name from the Bank ledger alteration screen. Once after saving this configuration enable auto reconciliation. Regards, Anita.
Im facing the same issue in tally prime. In bank name field, there is no banks name showing nor i am able to add new bank name so it only by default gets set to 'Not applicable'. Since i took the tally course through coursera, i do not have any license so i'm doing it through educational mode.@@TallySolutions

if bank name is not listing while trying to upload bank statement open the bank ledger in tally enable auto reconciliation make set/ alter auto reconciliation as yes and copy paste folder path of bank statement and the bank statement should be available in this folder path.If still facing same issue you can revert or reach us at 1800-425-8859 for our toll free support, or you can also write to us at support@tallysolutions.com .
