Yea they’ve really expanded. It’s worth checking out their website for all the new releases. I have their under armor and knee braces and wrist brace too. All works so well
I love that Leatt entered this space. There were so few options for long range dual sport / dirt biased adventure. Great they make my size, too. It can be hard to find my size in the US.
Great video 👌 Thanks for sharing Would you be able to review Leatt’s DriTour jacket & trousers? I’m curious to know how their laminated items compare to Gore-Tex.
Great review mate! It looks pretty good. I am hesitating between the flowTour and MultiTour. Just wondering if the flowTour would be warm enough (with a good fleece like a rukka) for European winter and if the MultiTour would not be too hot for summer. I have a kilm carlsbad and i have enough with laminated goretex which is too bulky and hot in spring/summer for off-road
Depends on what kind of riding you'd be doing. I've used the FlowTour in the cold without issue off-roading and it's been fine because I run hot especially with more physical activity. But for hours upon hours on paved roads and highways in wintery wind, you'd want to add a thicker weatherproof shell. The waterproof liner this comes with is a bit too thin and breathable.
@@MotoFeelz Thanks for taking the time to respond. Crystal clear, I'll do 20 to 30% of road throughout the year so i guess best bet is multitour. Cheers and keep up with the good work
you can solve the squeaky boots problem by applying chain wax to the squeaky areas. i applied them to my 5.5s years ago and they have never squeaked ever.
Amazing. I've been using WD-40 and it just washes right out after a rainy ride. Thanks for the tip about the chain wax, maybe I'll give that a go sometime!
Hey Rob! thanks for sharing. If I am not mistaken, you were wearing Forma Adv boots. Can you please make a comparison bw' each in terms of comfort? thanks in advance! cheers!
I can tell you right now the the Forma boots I was wearing (Boulder) have 0 support and are not waterproof. I’ve heard so many stories of riders injuring themselves wearing Forma boots. LEATT all the way for me
@@MotoFeelz appreciate Rob! I also had an accident lately while I was wearing my Forma ADV boots that I broke my left foot ankle. Althugh the Forma is sooo comfy, next choice could be squeak-free LEATTs :)) Cheers!
Most common motorcycle v car crash is the SMIDSY... Solution wear cammo gear to make yourself harder to see😅😂😂. Nothing like giving motorists an excuse for running into you.
@@chrisnielsen9885 you actually realise that I never said anything about the presenter nor the brand. I was merely pointing out the irony of a jacket that is designed for rider safety being having a colour scheme that's very purpose is to make the rider harder to see and therefore IMO opinion more dangerous for the rider. That's the very reason soldiers wear cammo so the enemy can't see them. The presenter himself said it made him hard to see in his own footage. If that isn't the definition of irony for rider safety i don't know what is.
I bought that jacket here in UK..tried today on my bike for first time and I love it
Thanks Rob
That's awesome! Have a great rest of your summer! That jacket should serve you well, way into the Fall too. 😊
Well done on your 100K, epic stuff. Such a cool vibe to your edits. So very lekka cool to see a South African 🇿🇦 brand getting some global exposure.
Thanks heaps! I’m glad you’re enjoying the ride and thank you for your support 🙏
Wow I didn’t know leatt came out with these, awesome! What a beautiful home too! Thanks for the video

Yea, Leatt are killing the scene (in a very good way). I can only see them releasing better gear as the years roll on
That desert camo jacket is so cool... ❤❤❤
Yea it looks wild hey. They nailed their colors, not just on this jacket either
Congratulationns for 100k #motomentor
Thanks, it's surreal!

If Leatt wants me to!
Awesome vid as always mate! Just curious, what kind of under-armor do you wear for really hot weather when you're in Aus?
The Leatt Stealth Body Protector.
Very cool… I prefer MX boots for more protection !
Is the armour in the Flowtour pants removable? With a view to using knee braces underneath. Thanks!
Best Model so far. . . 👍👏👏👏
Agreed

can i ask why did you pick the ace pro over the dji action 4? insta 360 is on sale right now and im torn between the 2
It's a tough choice but the decision is ultimately yours. I love the low-light quality of the Ace Pro, it's unmatched.
@@MotoFeelz Thank you so much! I'm gonna wait for the new camera's to come though.
I love your content btw both here and on the Rob Hamilton channel!

need me a LEATT jacquois
Can’t go wrong with a warm protective jacquois 👌

Goooooood. 🤣
