Inaugural Address | Mayor Mark Don Victor B. Alcala

“As people who had lived to be comfortable enough, remember, it is not only our responsibility but our obligation to help others.”
These are some of Mayor Mark’s words during his first oath-taking as the new Mayor of Lucena City. He also highlighted 3 important points during his inaugural speech which is to strengthen the city’s Development Team, to secure a lone congressional district for Lucena City and to implement the Lucena VIP Ka Program where everyone gets the same treatment.
