scifi/ghost stuff aside, what is totally unrealistic is that in horror movies/games when the main char discovers something very unnerving and then have a call with someone or meet someone else and talk what they found, they mention completely useless information such as "there is a locked door" but dont bother mentioning the "walking corpses in the garden" etc.
27:27 the scene where most Courageous Streamers , were put in Shock , got scared to smithereens & mostly viewed from this Game among the Interenet aswell 🤣
It's freaky how the inside and front of the house looks similar to the house in The Conjuring. It's like the exact replica except the creepy tree in front of the house, the lake, and the broken down car. Anyway love it.

We played this on our channel for a handful of episodes and while it does a lot of things quite well (the puzzles are surprisingly complex in places), the three of us playing found ourselves confounded by the pacing, the tone shifts, and the way exposition is clumsily eked out. Getting to see it all in this one video is great, though! (and wow, only 4.5 hours?! Noicely done!)

I appreciate the environment designs and the devs obviously put a lot of effort into this game, but...I just couldn't get into it. Some game writers tend to use the protagonist as an info dump, especially in this game. That's extremely annoying. I played the game for about an hour or so and I already wished there was a mute button for both Adam and Nicolas(Nic's narrative is a bit more tolerable). SHOW, DON'T TELL. The game also has some major pacing problems. ***Possible spoiler-ish opinion down below*** And the story? Oh, like I totally didn't see that coming from kiloparsecs away. Excuse my bitterness. I've played way too many horror games to find this one anything special.

I've seen a lot of positive reviews for this game, and none of them mentioned anything about the narrative issue you've brought up. Games with really good writing are hard to come by, though, I understand that, but this game does not deserve a 9/10 like a lot of reviews claim. [Edit: Spoilers] As for the story, you'd think they'd avoid using the oldest cliché and give you a "it's you all along! and guess what! your name is actually Hyde!" Really? 🙄
