Wow! Beautiful views lovely weather what’s not to like. Must of been hard to keep your eyes on the road steve. Great video looking forward to the next one. Ride safe👍
Hi Steve, The Amalfi coast.....it just gets better, enjoy Sicily, I've great memories of a holiday in Taormina some years ago. Take care out there. 😀👍🤟
As a family we are huge fans of Italy / Tuscany and have been there most years since 2008. Your costal ride may be the closest we get to Tuscany this year but I really enjoyed the Amalfi section and would love to do what you’re doing. Your videos are brilliant so don’t stop now. Enjoy your break.
Well done Steve , what a road that was , heard so much about the Amalfi Coast but never been . Another one of your Italian roads to add to my list . Safe travels onwards and hope the weather stays like that .Looking forward to the next episode .👍😎
Hi Steve, another great video. I have done the Amalfi coast, but slightly different from you, was a bus tour. Lovely road, but bit of a squeeze in a bus. I think your are right in saying its one of the best roads you have ever riden. You are a long way from home, meaning there's plenty more to watch.
Hi really enjoy watching your travels I moved to southern Italy 4 years ago people are fantastic super bike friendly I live on the other coast in carovigno puglia it's a great country to tour stay safe look forward to the upload
Hi Derek, I’m so glad you are enjoying my videos! What a fantastic place to live; I’m very jealous! Yes, I have picked up that there is a much more bike-centric culture here than back home in the U.K. - I feel right at home 😁
I watched all this magnificent scenery with a very sad heart because my beautiful Honda cb 500s was stolen from my front garden 1am on Wednesday morning. Police had little or no interest. Im totally and utterly gutted 😢 Great video Steve, be careful were you park the bike 🏍
Mike, I am so sorry to hear this…. I know exactly how it feels having had my pride and joy (aged 17) a Yamaha RS100 stolen and eventually found, wrecked… I have been paranoid ever since when I leave my bikes. I hope it turns up soon and not messed up…. Take care my friend.
Hello Steve! I just found your channel while you were on the Amalfi coast, the day after Pompei. What a lovely route that was and you really hit gold with that room in the evening. Anyway thanks for sharing your adventures. I hope to do my own adventures next year when I buy my very own Royal Enfield Himalayan 411. I have subscribed and I’m looking forward to watching all your journeys. I’m itching to travel myself. Have fun and stay safe. All the best from us watching you from East Anglia.
Hello! I’m so glad to hear you are enjoying my videos! Thank you so much for subscribing, I really appreciate it! You’ll love the Himalayan and I’m sure you’ll have many adventures of your own once you’ve got it. Thank you once again! 😁
Nice episode, spectacular scenery down that coast. Must agree about being on two wheels I’ve a few bikes but last year after more than 40 years biking bought a BMW scooter (first ever scooter ) that I’ll use for anything and everything just to be on two wheels.
@@TwoWheeledDreamer it’s a great thing but I do have a few others (GS’s) and just bought an 1250RT something else I’d never ridden even though I always fancied one.
I went to the Amalfi coast in 2022 on my tracer 900. It got me thinking, you could quite easily do that on a 400cc scooter from the UK. It was very hot in July & there were times I wish I was on a twist & go scooter.
I'm all caught up on this amazing trip and can't wait for the next episode now! I wish I had your confidence when it comes to riding abroad on your own without a strict itinerary and all your accomodation pre-booked. It gives you so much more freedom than the way I plan trips.
I’m so glad you’re enjoying the trip! It can seem a little daunting, setting off without a particular plan or itinerary but as you say, doing that way is very liberating and so far, it has always seemed to work out ok (just about!) 😂
It is amazing to see all the empty roads and marinas. Is this really 30 May? I rode the Amalfi Coast in the spring more than 25 years ago. The roads were packed with cars and the marinas full with boats. Things have really changed.
I’ve heard good things about the 360, if funds allow I’ll probably take a look at some point… It’s definitely worth getting the bike there, a road in a million to ride 😎
Hi Roberto, I bought this one almost two years ago and it had 16,000 miles on the clock… It now has almost 41,000 miles and will probably be around 50K by the end of the summer! 😁
What an amazing day. Lovely roads glorious weather and a really nice room to end it in
It’s the sort of day I always hope for and absolutely love when it all comes together! 😎
Top man, great ride great weather Thankyou 👍
Hi John, thanks, glad you liked it! 😁
Wow! Beautiful views lovely weather what’s not to like. Must of been hard to keep your eyes on the road steve. Great video looking forward to the next one. Ride safe👍
Hi Preston, thank you! Yes, it’s really hard keeping your eyes on the road when the views are so amazing!
What a day . Great scenery....
And yes , no matter the weather full gear. I'd much rather sweat than bleed.
Thank you! Yes, sweat every day of the week over blood and road rash! 😁
Hi Steve,

Hi there! Thank you, yes, it’s a truly spectacular place… 😁

Hi Chris, thank you! 😁
The weather in the UK is pants again. So nice to see biking in the sun. Keep up the great vids, ride safe.
Hi Terry, thank you! Yes, the perfect antidote to all the horrible UK weather….!
Well done Steve , what a road that was , heard so much about the Amalfi Coast but never been . Another one of your Italian roads to add to my list . Safe travels onwards and hope the weather stays like that .Looking forward to the next episode .👍😎
Hi Chris, it’s certainly a road to add to the list, quite an experience riding. Loving the weather, long may the sun keep shining! 🌞😎
Keep up the good work, " Let's have it "
Thank you my friend, let’s have it indeed! 😁😎
Great ride, simply awesome :)
Thanks Jon! 😁

Hi Brian, I can’t imagine squeezing past all the other road users in a bus… Scary if you’re sat near the edge! Yes, lots
more to come 😁

Hi Jay, so glad you enjoyed it! See you in the next one! 😁😎
I want to go there; looks beautiful 😮
Do it! You won’t regret it! 😁
Breathtaking Coast Line Steve !!
Thanks Arch! 😁

Thank you! It certainly is quite a road… I don’t think you’ll go far wrong with a BMW scooter - an excellent choice! 😁
@@TwoWheeledDreamer it’s a great thing but I do have a few others (GS’s) and just bought an 1250RT something else I’d never ridden even though I always fancied one.
Wow! That’s quite a stable of rides… I’m very jealous!

Hi Mark, there is certainly something very appealing about that. A Vespa GTS 300 would be perfect for the job! 😎
This trip just is getting better and better Steve, looking forward to the next episode. Kind regards Beans.
Hi Beans, it’s great to hear you are enjoying my Italy trip! See you in the next one 😁
good video and brilliant scenery
Thanks Paul! 😁
I really enjoy your videos - keep it up - you are rocking it.
Thank you, I’m so glad you like them! 😁
Beautiful ride, stunning scenery!
Thank you Matt! 😁

You're a safe rider. Some of those people act as if the speed limit is only a suggestion.
Thank you my friend, I’ve never been interested in tearing around!
In Italy the speed limits are just a suggestion and riding slowly can be more dangerous!
Perhaps invest in Insta 360 cameras 🤷🏻 Would absolutely love to ride the Amalfi Coast! Been on holiday there 3 times never ridden though
I’ve heard good things about the 360, if funds allow I’ll probably take a look at some point… It’s definitely worth getting the bike there, a road in a million to ride 😎
How many miles are on your trusty GS 1200?
Hi Roberto, I bought this one almost two years ago and it had 16,000 miles on the clock… It now has almost 41,000 miles and will probably be around 50K by the end of the summer! 😁
