there's an extended version on the channel sanathathoe, also it's covered by their ai voices so we get to hear New jeans' sweet voice with the amazing lyrics the creator wrote, though it's already quite known by now you can still check it out if you haven't
i was pretty sad that the best song IMO on the track was just an 40~sec interlude.... but i stubbled onto your channel and wow i was blown away. The fact that you remixed with city pop is first of all amazing, but you were able to extend it into a 5 min track. God bless you dude!!!! I started checking out your other work and it's all amazing. You definitely have a bright career in music producing.

Wow, you captured that exact same vibe of the original, but turned it into an amazing (and dynamic!) track. It captured my full attention with that groovy rhythm kicking in at 0:52, but my jaw dropped on the floor with the solo starting at 1:29, and again at the breakdown at 3:17... it all fits so perfectly! I just hope someone at the New Jeans production team will hear this gem.

I'm glad someone is giving the best song on the album the attention it deserves. New Jeans really made a huge mistake making this a 36 sec afterthought.
Actually it wasn't a mistake if it come to 'marketing strategy' cause you will stay on them until their next album coming, so they Ador already got u in the first place, it's smart strategy & the fact that they said 'get up' vibe will be their future music so they would probably do a transition and put 'get up' as the key of this transition.

It's for no one and yet for everyone ... city pop is an existential romance with the architecture of city life, an appropriate allusion with the melancholic tone of Get Up, which is somewhat sad, serene and yet the need to move on with the flow of city life ... I commend you for this rendition ... it'd be nice to also capture the night life of cities ...

Wow, such a pretty version! I get those same nice vibes from genres like vaporwave, city pop, future funk. Like, there is something familiar, timeless, or nostalgic about these type of songs despite never having grown up/experienced formative years during the 80's period that give inspiration to them. Something about the soft synths; warm, muted colors; VHS grain filter; burnt, tangerine sunsets; cool, autumnal afternoons in city parks; night cruising with the top down through a neon-lit inner city, lol. This kind of tune makes you yearn for something you kinda only imagine you miss...
obsessed with this. I got inspired to make an artwork and this just playing in the background drawing a cityscape. So good
