Hey, there! We appreciate the feedback. We'll relay this feedback to our video team! In the meantime, we encourage you to check out our article that discusses these software options in-depth (including transaction fees). We hope this helps. Thanks for watching! 😊 www.merchantmaverick.com/best-invoicing-software/?.com&+Best+Invoicing+%26+Billing+Software+Options&video_id=e8nW2HHL
I guess it's important for software to be not just for invoicing, but something more complex. For example, combine project management, crm, finances and invoicing. I tried lots of tools for just invoicing, but it's quite usuless if we compare it with software that contains other modules. I use Flowlu now and I like how it mix a CRM and invoicing together, so you can manage all these activities at once.
I think It's better if the invoicing tools are user-friendly, such as these tools have a complex interface which is not suitable for small business owners who are not tech savvy. So I prefer to keep the tools as simple as possible such as Trello for project management, and InvoiceBerry for Invoicing and expense tracking. It didn't take me much time to learn their functionality on my own as compared to other tools with long guides to go through to get familiar with the tools. So yes, I recommend InvoiceBerry for people who are looking for something simple, efficient, and affordable.
Hi again, MouseTrap! Unfortunately, we haven't found a program that allows the attachment of links, per se, but programs like Square do offer customization options for receipts, including the addition of websites, social media URLs, and custom text. That might work for you, depending on what specifically you want to do. You may want to reach out to Square directly to see if they can accommodate your needs. Best of luck to you!
I'm still looking for the ideal Invoicing software for a small business in the Service industry. Inventory management mangement is the main focus (IE 300-450 products that can be used on the job while the main source of income being the labor involved. ) I liked the invoice2go software but the steep price jump is the main issue. $100 a year vs $400 a year all because of the amount of invoices being sent. In the service industry, often these invoices are small dollar so 250-350 invoices per year is common, but the dollar amount is small. So $400 is steep. Got any advice on software with the focus on Inventory management, creating estimates fast, invoices based on lots of clients entered into system and is Economical?
Hi Raidr! Unfortunately, most invoicing software that's on the lower end in terms of pricing has very minimal (if any) inventory capabilities. Full-on inventory management software seems a bit overkill for you though. You may find success using Square Invoices and Square Inventory (links below). Easy to use, the inventory features are great, invoices are easy to create (and fast). And it's free. Definitely worth a shot and seems like it could check off all of those boxes. Good luck! Thank you for this video! I wanted to know what POS is best for service-based businesses? I currently use Square, but wanted to know if Clover or any others is better for a service-based business such as a screen-printing shop!
Hey Sasha! Generally speaking, Square is an excellent POS option for smaller service-based businesses with its low-cost entry point and upfront fees. Clover is a solid option and is just as easy to use as Square but has issues with the customer service for its processing. If there are things you don't like about Square or are looking for expanded features, you might also want to check out Vend by Lightspeed or Shopify (see links below). Hope that helps! Hi, Ziggy! Thanks so much for watching. To give you the speediest information, we suggest taking a look at our POS comparison chart, where you can click any option and read a full review. www.merchantmaverick.com/pos-software-comparison-chart/ We hope this helps and best of luck!
Hey, Jaden! Overall, InvoiceSherpa offers some really helpful, time-saving invoice automations like automatically sending invoices, late payment reminders, etc. However, InvoiceSherpa is significantly more expensive than other invoicing options on the market. We decided that the pros didn't outweigh the cons enough for InvoiceSherpa to be included on our list of best invoicing software for small businesses. We hope this helps! 💪
Hi AGS! Thanks for stopping by, and for taking the time to ask us a question. We explain why Wave didn't make the cut in our linked article. You can read about it here: www.merchantmaverick.com/best-invoicing-software/#Looking_For_One_Of_These_Invoice_Programs

I am looking for a suitable billing system for my ISP co which I am setting up at the moment. It will offer a variety of solutions s a bundled internet, mobile payment, pos. E-trade, e-ticketing, etc How can you advise?! Thanks
does anyone know how to get a basic invoicing software like most local and mom and shop businesses have??? I dont want an online/cloud based invoicing program.
Hey booger boots! Most invoicing software is going to be cloud-based, however, Invoice Ninja, which is on our list, does have a locally-installed option. If that didn't seem like the right choice for you, you may want to consider just using an invoice generator if you're looking for something with a very basic functionality. There are quite a few options out there, but the one that first comes to mind is from PayPal: www.paypal.com/us/webapps/mpp/invoicing-templates
Thank you I discovered Zoho Invoice thanks to your video which is what I searched for.
How is that service?
I love your energy! Thank you for this. Nice voice too ;)
Thanks for stopping by!
Really wish you would have gone over the fees each one charges for invoices like square being 3%+$.30 per paid invoice.

I still can't find a invoice program that can attach custom links to the customer receipt
Hey Mouse Trap! We aren't ignoring you--promise! We are trying to find a helpful resource and will be in touch soon. Thanks for your patience!
