Dreams be so real sometimes like we be in an alternate universe. I have falling dreams and they be soooo real sometimes I wake up screaming like I’m going down the steepest roller coaster 😳🏃🏽♀️🏃🏽♀️😂
Hi, LaShonda, I’m here and listening.🤔 I am well and am keeping everyone in my prayers as well. Here in California we have been hit with a heat wave for the last three weeks🥵 There are extremes everywhere🙏🏻 I hate having awful dreams, but talking with the Lord to understand is the best thing to do! I experience the doldrums from time to time, too! Prayer and meditation helps me, plus long walks in Nature with my dog is so helpful💜✨ I will keep you in my prayers- you are not alone in how you feel. Time with God is always a good plan!🕊️🍃
Hey LaShonda. Pray you feel better soon. Take it all to God. I was diagnosed with seasonal depression years ago so I know what that "blah" feeling feels like. I just try to give it to God and focus on whats going good in my life. But what the different areas are going through with the hurricanes is very sad and can definitely bring you down. I start thanking God for every little good thing I can. If the enemy can turn our eyes and mind off recognizing and praising God for His goodness, he has us right where he wants us. Give yourself a mental and emotional break. It will make you stronger in the long run. Hugs and prayers, sweet friend! 🙏💜🙏
