I put delicate garments in a mesh bag and wash in the delicate cycle, cold water and I already use Laundress products. especially for my prized thrift finds. I have had great success doing this method for dry clean only items..

I love my Steamer! its great for disinfecting clothes and it is so great for getting your clothes looking crisp! air drying your clothes is a great tip too. This was a fun video!

Especially love the Ralph Lauren paisley vest and the palm-tree print jacket. Also love the black and white polka-dot off the shoulder top you are wearing at the beginning of this video. (And just to add to your 'ad': I use The Laundress now for all my knit sweaters, even cashmere. It smells great and leaves them much cleaner, softer and more pleasant to wear than when I was dry-cleaning them.

Questions I have often asked! I love those silk pants and I would like them immersed before you wear them! In fact I would like everything immersed! I wash all clothes separately! Loved this video!

You came across some really nice items while thrifting. Can not wait to see the over view of what your actual purchases was and the styling of the pieces. Yeah I have asked you about the care for different garments. I hand wash some of my thrifted find to prevent damage. I going to check and see if they have anything for leathers. The Laundress stuff smells amazing! I love the "Lady" scent. My biggest thing is getting the "Goodwill/Thrift" smell out of clothes. I find that stuff where the scent is very stubborn letting the item sit for a day or two in baking soda helps.

I don't think it's fur, I think it's marabou which is a feather trim.

I have been using Laundress since I started thrifting last year, and I love wool and cashmere detergent, and the delicates one for silk and rayon hand wash. The bar of soap didn’t really work for me
Wish you could come to my home my basement is full of bags of clothing a 30 year collection loads of collectibles etc. I need to have someone come in and buy the whole collection for a good amount of money have enough to open a thrift shop but don’t have the money to pay the rent is too high nowadays

I would be nervous to hand wash delicate stuff with rings on - I feel like they might accidentally snag the garments.
I’d be afraid it would ruin the rings, haha, but maybe it cleaned them instead.
