Ireland's Haunted Castle (INCREDIBLE PARANORMAL ACTIVITY)

We were invited to investigate this incredible castle and it definitely didn't disappoint.
The night started off a bit quiet then all of a sudden it ramped up to 100, we found that the bedroom was a very active location so we spent a good bit of time in there.
Little did I know that once I lay down on the bed I would make contact with the spirit of a woman who came through as Emma, we can't find any history on this woman yet but we wonder if she was a servant in the castle.
While I done the Estes Method I felt like something was pinning me to the bed, first it was grabbing my ankles then it went to just above my knees. As we put the thermal camera on my legs we got a reading of nearly 30ºC.
This is a very active location and it will be amazing to revisit this place soon.
