P91 intermittent motion cartoner series is the ideal solution to pack multiple and single pharmaceutical and nutraceutical products into cartons. P91 can handle any kind of products and their accessories, securing them into cartons closed by tuck-in or glue. In this video we see the packaging of multiple standing vials into ecotray, together with a booklet, a typical vaccine packaging application #PackitFaster. Promatic lines can integrate track and trace solutions, with printing and verification devices, labelers, case-packers with aggregation system and end-of-line solutions in general. The machines can be equipped with different feeding systems, standard or completely customized to handle any shape and product presentation. High automation and operator friendliness are key factors of this modular and ergonomic machine concept, together with positive handling of all the items and verification of all the steps of the packaging process.
