What I don’t understand is this MIL has back pain why she is not able to use the restroom by herself. This story is confusing she tells half of the story in Laos and half in the USA. Adults poop are more strong, especially the Hmong nyab are not trained to take of adults in our home. Very sad in situation like this.

This is a sad story, This lady is no better than her DIL. I feel bad for the DIL for having such a wicked MIL who expects the world from a DIL that she does not care about. The DIL was right to not love you since you seem to beam with joy to know that your DIL is also handicapped. Just because you're in a bad situation, don't wish it upon anyone if you're a good person. I know you would never wish this upon your son but your DIL you would wish the worst for her. I'm sure her parents are torn that she handicapped but because you are not her real mother, you are gleeful. You want her to love you like she loves her own mother but you do not love her like her mother loves her. Shame on you!!
