23:22 This kind of signals are quite common in Japan when there is a junction ahead. In this case, you'll pick the right route if the right signal is clear while the left one is at danger.
@@SimulatorAdventures And the ATS-S system in this line has 2 alarms. The 1st alarm is the bell ringing sound that you can cancel and it usually goes off when you approach any cautionary and danger signals. The 2nd one is the ping pong sound at 2:46 & 23:49 and you usually can't cancel it while the train is in motion. It goes off after you cancel the 1st alarm and meaning that the signal ahead is most likely at danger, so you have to prepare to stop. So it quite similar to UK railway's AWS.
@@ふわふわなアレ I believe the devs were to lazy to make a left upper/right under signal and just copy/pasted the right upper/left under signal. I think this is really bad when both diverging routes to the left and right are common. I also noticed that they only made 3 aspect signals, when on routes like this the four and five aspect signals are more common.
Loving this. Very therapeutic after a day of work. I just downloaded the classic edition on steam.
Glad you enjoyed it! 😄
The operation error was that you didn't blow the horn at the whistle sign. Great video btw you've made me want to get the route more.

It's strange because straight way signal have to exist on upper position.
