Easy does it background music didn't make me want to jump off the roof cause it was so distracting or too loud. Great job all the way around. Ok---now what is this about a lemon cake??? I like to use eye of round steak though. I've never liked the consistency or texture of cube steak even as a kid lol.

How do you make it tender
You have to simmer on low for a while until it's the right texture you want. Keep stirring periodically though so the gravy doesn't burn
