@puttothetest I think as of the 20th May, they have scrapped it. It's all video interviews now due to changes in the staff making the decisions. I believe you can approach guest services outside of the parks who can help you get a video interview, however, in case you do not have access to the needed technology. But they advise you now do it pre arrival. Even if travelling internationally, which when travelling internationally, it was previously not possible to do pre arrival.
@TheSd1cko thanks for the update!!I’m going to miss it, we barely have time to get organized and travel, and acclimating our special needs child to all of that, so taking away flexility to do that in person…that’s not good imo
@puttothetest I think they are just making people jump through a fee more hoops to prevent the previously high amounts of abuse the DAS was experiencing. There were far too many people using this system for free fast passes that shouldn't have been eligible. Unfortunately, that will also mean that some people who should be eligible will also miss out.
Thanks for the comment! That was our experience as well. The registration process is now 100% online up to 30 days before, or the day of, your visit. That changed since I made this video. Have a good trip!
Im pretty sure they have scrapped the in person interview / meeting now at guest services?!
That would be interesting, hope they don’t. We did at the front of the park (Hollywood Studios) last month and it was quick.

I have a nonverbal autistic daughter who can’t handle lines. Thanks for the explanation, we’ll be using it!
