- Good Morning! I really went all out for you guys with today’s positive morning affirmations. I spent a lot of time thinking this week about what a good topic would be and I just couldn’t help but think about how thankful I am for the beauty of life and for the support you all provide me with here. So I give you I AM Thankful affirmations!
The power of gratitude can transform our mornings into a positive and uplifting experience. I AM thankful, and I want to share with you some positive morning affirmations and morning gratitude affirmations that have helped me start my day on the right foot.
First and foremost, let's take a moment to appreciate the fact that we have woken up to a brand new day. This in itself is a blessing and something to be grateful for. So take a deep breath and say with me, "I AM thankful for this new day and all the opportunities it brings."
Next, let's focus on the present moment. Often times, we get caught up in our worries and anxieties about the future or regrets about the past. But the truth is, the only moment we have control over is the present one. So let's make the most of it and say, "I AM thankful for this present moment and all the blessings it holds."
Now, let's shift our focus to ourselves. It's important to practice self-love and appreciation, especially in the morning. So say with me, "I AM thankful for my body, my mind, and my soul. I am grateful for all that I am and all that I am becoming."
Gratitude is not just about being thankful for the good things in our lives, but also for the challenges and lessons that come our way. So let's embrace them and say, "I AM thankful for the challenges that make me stronger and the lessons that make me wiser."
Lastly, let's extend our gratitude to the people in our lives. Our loved ones, friends, and even strangers who have touched our lives in some way. Say with me, "I AM thankful for the people in my life who love and support me. I am grateful for their presence and the positive impact they have on me."
Remember, gratitude is a powerful tool that can shift our mindset and attract more positivity into our lives. So let's make it a daily practice to start our mornings with these positive affirmations and watch how it transforms our day.
