Our 14 plate cashcoo had two issues. That pipe you had the wire down and under the turbo there is two small hoses, one red, one green that connects the front and back sensors to the dpf to sensor, turns out one of them had a very small split that could only be seen by putting a mirror down the back where you could see a very small amount of soot.

Jimmy - I have P2452 on my 2014 Range Rover. Dpf all cleaned and all the readings are fine (pressure and soot etc). The battery however is slightly under voltage (12.10v) would this trigger the fault code?
Jimmy to the rescue again, you should be wearing a cape, by the way if a garage left the car like that it’s disgraceful, or if was the customer friend or family member just bloody tell you they’ve had a go at and what they done because it would save you time.
Most cars won't try again for a bit if its been turned off during a regen, if it's doing one just let it finish, is not healthy for the dpf/engine or oil to be failing regens over and over
Most don’t tell you. But slightly higher Odle speed and you can usually feel the heat.Or stop start inactive when temperature is normal is possible a sign of regen. Otherwise it would stop.

i never understand why people screw around with things they don't understand, invariably do more harm than good in the end costs more

It won't do anything on restart until all parameters that give a green light for regen are triggered
