Hey bro, I have overclocked my rtx 4060 ti by +225mhz on core and +1850mhz on memory. The voltage is on default voltage. After OC the core clock became 3015mhz and memory clock became 10850mhz. why at 18:52 vram of the 4060ti is 5.6 gb while the 6700xt its 11.5
it has something to do with rdr2's engine and radeon's vram allocation on that specific game engine.
@JegsTV it is not just rdr2, I usually see 11gb allocation in GoT, while dedicated vram is around 7gb.
how does the 6700xt beat 4060ti in some cases
Could be because of 192 bit memory bus
And also because 4060 is a renamed 4050 sold as 4060.

Because 8gb of vRAM i almost not enough in 2024 on AAA in 1080p some game already take 12gb
It will make sense down the road when it cuts down in price. The 16gb of vram will age well. It’s not a bad card to begin with, just horrible price.
