@@JesseStLouiswhat he means is: Visit Harishchandra garh fort. And especially visit Kokan Kada (its a vertical cliff, a fall of several hundred feet)on top.
That's one hell of a hike up that stairs, it really amazes me how those people back in the day carved those stairs and how long it took for them to chip away that tough basalt rock. Thanks for showing a different side of India (im an ex-pat), homeboy, which i never had a chance to visit.

Buddy just Avoid entering in dark structures it can be dangerous because they are not maintained properly, there would be snakes which is common on forts ❤
the snacks u ate at 17:39 is very famous "Poha namkeen " of Maharashtra and it is made during Diwali and share it with our neighbor to greet during Diwali . That's the thing u will not get in Mumbai market.it's a jewel. Also lots of love from Navi Mumbai
Wow thats crazy how much you are enjoying it.! ❤ For all indians, cmon guys, there is trash all over around, please dont bring plastic bottles up here if you want to throw them.
Sir , the forts have been ruined by the britishers ...Most annexations & surreders prior to them was to occupy the strategic height , hence damage was limited...but the brits never intended to use the forts hence pounded them with gunpowder.....wanton destruction...
No one has shown details like you have shown before, you have explored the entire trek course without missing on anything.Hats off to your courage.Like to see the same exploration during peak monsoon. It will be a different experience all together to watch.

Dear Jesse! Awesome vlog! Loved it! Maybe a little background music next time for that extra oomph (just being picky, haha). India’s got so many hidden gems-well, not hidden to us locals! 😉 Thanks for exploring the lesser-toured parts of my India!
I've been trying to use less music lately as I feel like it can be distracting and polarizing for the audience. It's impossible to pick music that will appeal to everyone. I still use a bit here and there but trying to just let the natural experience play out. 🙏
@@JesseStLouis Loving your videos! Your interactions with the locals are such a breath of fresh air. Indians often get a bad rap with some videos that make it seem like everyone’s out to scam tourists, but your experiences really show the genuine hospitality here. Hope your adventures inspire more thrill-seekers to explore the Western Ghats and try out all the amazing treks! It’s also great for locals to learn how to make trekking safer and even more exciting. India’s so much more than the Golden Triangle and the Taj Mahal! Can’t wait to see you explore the Northeast next!
Welcome to Maharashtra india🇮🇳. I done treking here for like 4 times. I suggest to do more traking there on different places. There's lot more and tough
If you want to climb really challenging treks come to Ladhak. Here chadar taal, roop kund, kalindi khal etc are present. The ghats region are not any challenges when compared with these treks.
Excellent 👍👌 Blog with lots of Sensational & horrible moments! Still this is the actual significance of this Forto hundred years! I liked it by heart & definitely try to climb this ancient horrible Fort of Maharashtra!!🎉😢
These are some of the beautiful parts of india they didn't show in the west. They'll only show the poverty, slum area, traffic etc. I like that you're exploring this part of india also. Thanks for this
If you wanna try real tough treks in Maharashtra, go for AMK trio + bhairavgad. Advised to go with a group, as you will need ropes and other climbing equipments
Superb video. Good luck exploring the western ghats. Wish someone could share this video with Herald Bouldr. He was looking for adventure in India sometime back.
Almost all the forts in maharashtra are built by Buddhist Saatvahana dynasty more than 2000 years ago. Along with forts they built many buddhist caves near the forts.
I visited the fort at 4:00am and i advise you to do the same for trekking its a bik dark but you wont be charged and above all you wont be dehydrated due to sharp sunlight. So plz consider trekking early morning

Why Maharashtra govt not build protection iron bar or ropes for the tourists safety like in china.
This is the main thing that should be promoted instead of Taj Mahal.
Maratha Kingdom is great 👍❤. Love from West Bengal 🇮🇳

I think both can be promoted. There should be no problem promoting the Taj Mahal. It's beautiful.
There are so many things in India to visit and we must promote al those including Taj Mahal .......so please course correct ur narrow mind
