Quick tip: For those who would like to go with Medium to high spicy biryani, prepare a base with (onions, Tomatoes, all spices and powders along with Ginger garlic paste). While adding biryani rice first add one layer of biryani rice on top of the base which I've told you and then one layer biryani rice and your paneer mix and the layer of rice as instructed in this video. Trust me, it works amazing
