Fixed! Spark plug was bad, despite looking fine. --- Here's my 04 rincon running poorly. It's worst at lower rpm and heavy throttle. Carb is clean. Gets bad around 1:00.
I had a rancher doing the same thing its not always the cam but if you go that far to replace the timing chain and tentioner better check it and also do a valve afjustment mine ended up being just timing chain and tentioner but checked everything while engine was out and tore apart
Who ever comes back and finds this video later on with this problem, don't worry I figured it out. It's just a bad sparkplug. Mine did it, put a new sparkplug in and it went away.
Mine stated to do this, and if got worse until it would not start. Ended up being a worn cam!! 2007 and 2008 models had issues with soft cams that would wear and cause loss of power and that type of missing. Check it out.
Painis Cupcake negative on that idea. my first new wheeler I bought was a Rincon 680 I used it to plow and hunt. never took it through mud holes cleaned good. always changed oil it ended up blowing reverse out of it 3 times due to major electrical problems. bought a new foreman I never clean it I work it hard and it doesn't get oil changes and the thing is running like a champ

Either a spark plug going bad or the ignition coil that goes to the plug getting hot and breaking down I’d almost bet anything it’s 1 or the other.

Mine done the exact same thing yours is doing it was the timing chain too much slack new guides new chain new oil pump chain ran great

Mine is from a long time ago and it still works well.
If you would run it in the right gear it wouldn’t do that, it is trying to lock up!
