    just some information for some people watching this video for installation needs.
    The bottom of the End Link with the Note on it saying “ This side facing outward ”. it should be facing out word with label facing OUT the front of the truck DO NOT have the label facing toward the wheel as shown in this video.
    Everyone should receive a instruction paper with your parts on how to properly install these end links. follow the image on the paper. Not this video!

      Yeah in the instructions it says exactly that, this video is misleading

    I have a 4WD 2009 ram 1500 with a 6” lift, do you guys have sway bar end links that would fit that? The old one I removed is 13” long.

    I bought the leveling end links for 2 to 3 inch level trucks. I’m wondering if they make the truck a lil bit taller?

    Thanks great how to. I was surprised you didn’t cover installing on both sides. You need to do at same second both sides. If you do them separately you would need to twist sway bar (not) or compress the suspension some how. IMO do both sides w two people and thread sway bar on top of link at the same time. Did you do some other way?

      @AmericanTrucksRam 4 года назад +1

      Hi Robert, since the install for these are identical we only showed one. You are correct it is easiest if you do both sides at the same time so you can lift the sway bar and remove both end links at once, then re-install both end links and lower the sway bar back on to the end links. -Sara

      Hi There, these will not work with 2WD, but Suspension Maxx does offer a 2WD option that works with 1-3" lift. Unfortunately we don't carry it, but the manufacturer Part Number is SMX-1229L. Hope this helps! -Sara

    Do not buy! Design is weak, OEM Design is 100% better with more consistency being a ball joint , tight and better motion. Just replace rubber to polyurethane bushings.

    • @--emt
      @--emt 2 года назад +1

      Why do you say these are bad do you have anything to back that up

    • @bri7929
      @bri7929 2 года назад

      @@--emt if your truck is lifted then ok, but stock for oem a balljoint has more control and movement, Articulation. Plus you will replace the bushings at least 3-4 times before a balljoint goes bad. These have to be aligned which the videos vs instructions says differently order. A balljoint will align itself at what ever lean or angel.

      Yes, these will work on a stock truck, but unfortunately we don't carry this part any longer. But there are some other options out there for you! Check here: www.americantrucks.com/ram-sway-bars-2009.html
