Thank you Aja for the wonderful information - May I ask for a tutorial of how to export the MFI (fluorescence intensity) and perform statistical analysis and make figures out from it? Thank you!

Hello Dr Aja, what did you use for your umaps? R or Fcs recently started working with umaps and made my first umaps with fcs and they are pretty I would love to see more videos of umaps. I couldn't manage to use flowAI but I did my cleaning and compensations on flowjo then exported the files to fsc. More videos on this area of unsupervised analysis will be highly appreciated

I used the FlowJo plugin for UMAPs, which runs through R but lets you stay in the FlowJo interface. I will work on making more videos on unsupervised analysis
