Когда варить холодец , после закипания первую воду слей , перемой мясо помой кастрюлю и потом наливай водой и продолжай варить .Тебе легче будет не надо будет снимать пенку , будет чистый бульон и соль сразу не надо сыпать , а в конце варки .Попробуй так варить тебе понравится .Это все приходит с годами мы все так учимся .
