The subtle darkness is I think so there isn’t too much blue light coming from the screen so it will be more relaxing and so it won’t keep you awake from the brightness
I actually really like that you incorporate hand movements with the mouth sounds, that way there’s an auditory trigger as well as a visual one. Thank you 🙏🏼
