My husband passed 12 years ago. I can talk about him now without tears, finally. For the first two years, I cried daily. Thought the tears would never dry up. Time was all that seemed to help me. I do know how your heart hurts. People told me to get something for depression, and I refused. I said I knew why I was depressed, and it would eventually get better. Pills are NOT the answer for everything we have to face.

At first glance I thought you were a Guns and Roses fan. My dad is about your age and he took me and my friends to see them back in the 80s after we asked to go. He spent the entire concert wearing earplugs and reading a book with a headlamp 😂. I was mortified and begged him to just pick us up after, but we were only preteens and he’s a good dad 👍
