    Two meal a day.

    Lotss of veggies,curries, panner, tofu, 1 cup kheera, 1 cup carrot, 2 cups curry, 1 cup rasam, 1 cup buttermilk, low gi roti/ low gi rice.

      Sir I am on the path of a good diet and good lifestyle which is important to win against diabetes right now I am taking medicine suggested by them and after completing 3 months they will review it again and make few changes in medicines. My sugar is in control right now from 250 fasting I am 115 now. Please comment if you want to know about the changes I make in my daily lifestyle I will surely make videos related to the same.

    Sir my age 30....fasting sugar 130 and pp 210....hba1c 6.9........is it danger zone????

      Fasting 100 and after food 140 se kam hona chahiye tha exercise or diet pr thoda dhyan dena pdega aapko

      @@nirmalbehera523 Bhai mai to pet bhar kr khata hu lekin evening me heavy weight lifting krta hu. Abhi to Mera 115 se 125 tk hi hai mrng me evng or khane ke 2 ghante baad mai check nhi krta but exercise must hai isme muscle gain kro sb thik ho jata hai. Jyada tension nhi Lena Khao pio mauj kro
