Hahahahahahaha for China the Communist decide the Billionaires to represent the High Class,. but when the you start to run your mouth like Jack Ma then they bring you down
Thanks for sharing this interesting company. Kudos to the tenacity of the owner of this company- however the known facts give me pause- question of his integrity ( breaking contract agreement with wahaha in the past for the sake of making money faster and also the inexplicable need to IPO when the company is purportedly so profitable.
What are their moats? Surprisingly, the company is in a very red-ocean industry; however, its ROE is really high. Is it due to the economies of scale, distribution channel, brand loyalty or what? Do you have any thought?
Ya, they like to talk about their brand and their control over key natural water source. But I do feel their key advantage is their distribution network. Where they can reach any part of China. How strong that network is. I am not sure
thanks Stanley. Read news recently, mentioning post covid economy recovery will weight on energy, finance, infra-structure, leisure and travelling. May I know what is your thought?
Very interesting video! thanks Enterprise value to Ebitda of 95? expensive "the dividends paid to the Shareholders of the Company of RMB9,598 million in 2019" it is 11.421 mln HKD. If repeat the 2019 dividend, the stock is yielding 2,34%. I think it is very low.
Thank for RUclips sharing…the current PE is 55 x ,double of coca-cola, but less than a quarter market cap of KO..I have little money only, I own some KO shares, and always think abt it’s competitors from rest of the world..So I put extra money to buy nongfu 200 shares…I hope I not do sth stupidity😂
The profile of this company became extremely high when his wealth surpass Jack Ma and Pony Ma. It’s still amazing on the huge revenue it generates (with little or no moat in my opinion). Perhaps Moutai should stand a better chance since then consumption of Moutai exceed the total Whiskey consumed! Do u happen to know what made them so profitable from 2017 after they were hit?
My thought is it's water source. Water source is limited and as delivery fee is a key cost, they need multiple water source well spread out in China to be able to distribute nationwide
@@learnwithstanley You mentioned there's 3 other major companies which were also in the business of selling water, so I'm curious between the other 3 players and nongfu spring, what's its moat...is it the branding?
So, will you invest in this company?
hell no everything connected to ccp are dangerous ccp can wipe them out in no sight plus all the taxes they paid was used by ccp for illegal practices

I wouldn´t trust a CEO like this, no matter how good the numbers "look"
I totally agree with you.
The money is inside the bank which cannot be faked....

Ya. I have a position on Moutai as it is not dependent on anyone founder or CEO.
Not very sure on their recovery before 2017.
Where are you from Stanley?
@Invest With Stanley this is a duplicate channel of your stanley.
Just curious, what is the moat of this company?
