What SPEED to hit CHIQUITAS?!

Approaching with CHIQUITAS? They need to be soft enough!!

Especially from tennis, many players are trying to hit dipping topspin or low spinning slice shots to the net players' feet.
.
But not only is that high risk, but it does not allow you (and your partner) enough time to take the net!

It is a skill to be able to hit softly and accurately - and it takes practice! Use it as often as you can in training and matches to improve!

Also one good thing to think about is to always move forward with the chiquita or at least most of the times. It will for sure stress the other players to make an error or give you a relative easy ball in return. Don't rush of course but always prepare to move forward depending on if the ball ends up under the net or not. Then I guess you can use the chiquita to slow down the ball and maybe get an easy return in general to then lob or whatever.
But I think that is a good rule to have when learning the chiquita with follow up. It has helped me to actually benefit from the chiquita.
