It is absolutely criminal that we have not gotten a Terminator movie with this on the soundtrack. Just sayin I think the instrumentation choice is representing the machines that have taken over earth. ("Cybernetic heartbeat, digital precise. Scans the bleak horizon for it's victim of the night")
Totally agree, same goes for "freewheel burning" why didn't they use it for fast and furious, especially with that opening line! Fast and furious we ride the universe!!!
Long story short: I hated Judas Priest, won tickets off the radio for a concert in 2011. Took psychedelics for the show. Shit my pants in awe of this man’s vocal ability. Instantly became a fan.
Nice choice. There is a fan made vid with this and Sin City which is so well done, lower rez, but still great none the less. Blood Red Skies is like a precursor in sound for Panic Attack and if that is the direction how the new album goes, that will be a nice unique addition to the Priest discography. Listen to any of the new KK Priest stuff? Imo their newest album is refreshing travel back in time.
Awesome epic, from the marching stormtrooper beat to the changeups. Within Temptation's new album is just full of this feel, I think they stole half of it from this song...lol Not that I'm complaining, as it is a masterpiece from Priest. Least they are cloning with good taste. Awesome song!
@@TheMetalJunkie Yeah they're pretty good, I like quite a few of their songs, Their new album "Bleed Out" is darker and harder overall than past ones so I'm ordering it next shopping trip. Wireless is their new single and it's a lot like this song as is several other tracks from it like We Go To War, Worth Dying For and Bleed Out. Whole album is uncannily like this song actually. Let Us Burn from the Hydra album is still my favorite song of theirs. Most fans of Nightwish and Dark Element are pretty steady into WT. This new album though is the 1st one I've been like super hyped to get quickly after its release. Past ones I've just "gotten around to".

I know a few tracks from within temptation, which I enjoy. Maybe I'll dive deeper into them soon
