how do you poop? holding tab doesnt do anything but open inventory
Hold Tab (Radial menu should pop up) ->Navigate to toilet icon-> Select Poop 💩
can you use your xbox controller?
Tbh I am not sure. I don’t believe it’s possible from the base game but there may be ways you could.
I normally just pick up rocks until my pockets are full
