Here's how you decide if you're ready for Boss pedals or whether Behringer is the brand for you. It's quite simple really. If you make enough money from music to claim things like pedals on your tax return, Boss is the only way to go. There's a reason they have the reputation they enjoy. But if, like most of us, you play primarily for the sheer love of music & don't enjoy the tax breaks, Behringer pedals will do the job 99% of the time & nobody will be able to tell the difference.
Bit of a struggle sussing it out for bass, and dropping the tuning, but now I like it If you run it on battery do make sure it's a fresh one, they are a ****** to change on stage! As long as the guitar is plugged in even when not active the tuner is draining the battery. Unplug when at home.
I will use mute mode to tune my guitar before playing on the stage. However, the bypass mode can let me constantly see if any note is out of tune while playing with my band. Then I mute the pedal and silently tune at possible time.
i plugged the pedal to my TASCAM interface when I used the out port could not hear myself but, when plugged into the bypass port could hear myself through the headphones
You kidding me man lol the snark is one of the most inaccurate garbage tuners in existence. There's no way to know if you're sharp or flat on each individual's string since the snarks accuracy is off between 3-5 cents which is HUGE.
I use my bass drop C, and in chromatic mode it works. In chromatic mode I assume the pedal recognizes all the human hearing range, so it should hopefully work below C too.

That is tricky. On these Behringer Pedals You need to take off the plate you step on like on a Boss pedal. You'll need something with a reasonably small point to push in on the hinge on both sides of the pedal and then remove the plate and voila. I hope that makes some sense

I would assume so, but I never use drop-C, so I cannot confirm that. You can set it to Chromatic mode which is why I think it would still work.

This is a chromatic tuner, so yes, you can use it to tune up a half step or even down.
So this saves me so much money instead of buying the ridiculously expensive boss tuner pedal
