Hey brother positional chess and move order are advanced concepts that you shouldn't really focus on right now. In order for you to improve from 1200 elo, to lets say 1400 elo you should read this book: "Silman's Complete Endgame Course". If you can't get a hold of this book, you should watch some instructive youtube channels, for example GM Daniel Naroditsky's channel is very good to improve. When it comes to openings I recommend playing e4 with white and with black, play the Pirc against e4 and the king's indian against d4, If you don't like these openings, just play whatever you like. Endgames are way more important than openings.
