She's pretty difficult to replace. You'd need someone who applies Blind before switching out or who is able to do a majority of the Gauge 1 Breaks, allowing Sunny to save her Blind Skill for Gauge 2. Units like Mima or Shinki might work, although I'm not too familiar with their kits. Someone with a lot of Gauge 1 Breaks and Bind Cleanse might also work since Toyohime is able to do a few with her AoE Spell. I ultimately suggest that you check if you have any other decent Metal/Water/Moon units that can replace Toyohime or Sunny to make up for what they do while addionally making up for Flandre's Breaks.
