The best lights are on 11th Avenue to 13th Avenue and from 83rd to 86th Street. time traveling 30+ mins away from the city plus15-20 mins of walking from the subway D train 79th ST station to the neighborhood.

J Castro D train to 79th st station in brooklyn ... then walk about 15 min to 82nd and 11th ave
